Alchemy Sound & Sauna by the Sea

A deeply restorative coastal experience designed to relax the body, reset the nervous system and realign your energy. A Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath (held in The Wight Room at The Noisy Lobster) gently calms the mind and releases tension, followed by time in The Saltwater Sauna to warm, cleanse and ground the body. Sound, heat and the gentle rhythm of the sea combine to support deep relaxation and a natural energetic reset.You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and beautifully restored.

Award-winning babyballet holds classes on a Friday morning at the Noisy Lobster for little girls and boys aged between 18 months - 4 years! Our fun and friendly classes are a great intro to ballet. Helping build childrens confidence whilst making magical memories and nurturing bonding time between parents and children.

Sweet & Salty  |  Yoga & Sauna

Everyone is welcome to enjoy an uplifting and nourishing 1.5 hour yoga session with Samara, with sea views, breath work and sound meditation you will float your way into the weekend. Upstairs at The Noisy Lobster, followed by sauna, sea dips and snacks over at The Saltwater Saunas. Mat & snack provided.

All levels welcome. Please arrive at 8:45am.
